Yes, the free version is absolutely free. There are some limitations to the software that are available on the paid version but other than that it is free for you to use. We do ask that you keep the link back to iHelpChat.com to help us promote the product.

What kind of technical support do you provide? :-

Support will be based primarily off of E-mail and online chat. We soon will be adding a phone support line for paid memberships.

How secure is the customer- operator communication? :-

A 256Bit encryption communication is standard for the Advanced and Enterprise packages

Are the chat transcripts stored on the database servers? Is it possible to retrieve the chat transcripts later on? :-

Yes, all transcripts are stored in a secure area within our servers and can be retrieved as needed for audits and/or investigations.

In the Enterprise package, does this price include unlimited operators or is it calculated on a per seat basis? :-

The iHelpChat Enterprise Package does include unlimited operators and it is not calculated per seat basis. The only packages that have operator limits are the Basic and Advanced packages.
